1/4 cup butter, melted<br />
1/2 cup honey<br />
1/4 cup prepared mustard<br />
1 teaspoon salt<br />
1 teaspoon curry powder</p>
<p>DIRECTIONS<br />
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).<br />
Place chicken pieces in a shallow baking pan, skin side up. Combine the melted butter or margarine, honey, mustard, salt and curry powder and pour the mixture over the chicken. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 1/4 hours (75 minutes), basting every 15 minutes with pan drippings, until the chicken is nicely browned and tender and the juices run clear.</p>

<p>1/4 cup honey<br />

1/3 cup minced onion<br />
2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger<br />

1 (3-pound) whole chicken, skinned<br />
 Vegetable cooking spray<br />
2 teaspoons paprika<br />
 Garnishes: gourmet salad greens, lemon slices</p>
<p>Directions</p>
<p>Combine first 5 ingredients in a large heavy-duty plastic bag then add the chicken. Close bag tightly and chill for 1 hour.<br />
Coat a roasting pan rack with cooking spray and place in pan.<br />
Remove the chicken from marinade and place the chicken breast side up on the rack. Pour the  marinade over chicken.<br />
Bake covered with aluminum foil, at 375° for 45 minutes. Uncover and coat chicken with cooking spray.<br />
Sprinkle with paprika then bake  uncovered for 45 more minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted into chicken thigh registers 180°, basting occasionally.</p>
